This product is devoloped on the basis of 20 years’ experience on disconnect switchGW5G and GW5 ¢ò to meet disconnect switch perfection requirment from State Grid Corp. It is designed for the five main common problems during disconnect switch running many years like porcelain fracture, malfunctioning, component damage and deformation, galvanic circle overheating,and rustiness. Especially on provide product quality and operation reliability with excellent electrical and mechanical properties, good corrosion resistant and earthquake resistance.
Abiment Temperature: -30¡æ~+40¡æ, not lower than -40¡æ in the frigid plateau region;
Wind Speed: Not exceeding 35m/s;
Earthquake Intensity: Not exceeding grade 8;
Ice Thickness: no more than 10mm
Installation places should be free from flammable and combustible materials, chemical corrosion and strenuous vibration.
Pollution Classes of Surpport Insulator:orinary type is grade zero,anti-pullotion type is grade ¢ò.
The series disconnect switch meet all rules and various requirements from GB1985-89¡¶AC HV Disconnect Switch¡·,IEC129(1984) ¡¶AC HV Disconnect Switch and Earth Switch¡·and IEC694(1980) ¡¶Share Terms for HV Switch Devices and Control Devices ¡·
Single pole of each disconnect switch is sperately fastened on the base by two surpport insulators with angel 50° and form V-shaped structure, which consists of base,surpport insulator,terminal board,contact,earth switch,wiring terminals etc.
The disconnect switch is devided into three kinds including ungrounded,single pole grounded, and double poles grounded. There is mechanical interlock between main axle and earth switch, also with auxiliary switch with two operation ways which is manual and electric.
Main Technical Parameter
A.Adopts new self- elastic contact finger base structure to avoide defects that original structure make against stable flow, and make contact spring to be insulated to avoid that spring lose effectiveness because of long time overheat.
B.Adopts fixed soft link flow between connector base and connecting terminal. Both ends of connecting terminal will take insulation sleeve to ensure reliable flow and flexible rotation.
C.Adopts fully sealed structure for bearing seat,outside adding oil filler hole,inside having oil filling pipe, and fully covering enough molybdenum disulfide lithium grease on bearing surface to make sure long-term reliable rotation.
